Hi there! I'm so happy you're here and looking to start your wellness journey with me! I have 5 years of clinical experience and an extreme passion for mental health and wellness. I would describe myself as an empathetic and efficient therapist, who takes a personal approach with every client by prioritizing rapport.

My goal is to help clients get to the core of their thoughts and feelings to help them have a better understanding of who they are; through the use of Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) skills. I strive to help every client feel in control of the challenges they face through validation and strength-based therapy. I can't wait to work with you!

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I love learning about how the brain works. I spent hours at the library as a kid reading "self-help books" because I loved finding out new things about myself. I am so passionate about helping others be masters of themselves!

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Positive self-talk. I talk to myself every day and tell myself that I am strong, prepared, and able to take on the day ahead of me! It's an easy way to show yourself some love.

How do you recharge?

ALONE TIME! I love having "date nights" with myself to take the time to do things I enjoy (even if that's laying on the couch!)
