I believe that therapy is a journey on which the client and therapist embark together to promote awareness, personal growth, and mental well-being. Thus, my therapy style is collaborative, supportive, compassionate, client-centered, and strength-based. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that focuses on the needs of the client and suits their therapeutic goals.
My interests and areas of specialty are, but are not limited to working with adults and young adults on issues of anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, career stress, burnout, self-esteem, and personal growth.

Catcher in the Rye. I have read it as a teenager and as an adult and had a completely different perspective on the main character and the story each time.
I am an animal lover and support any organization related to animal welfare and/or rescue.
I get outdoors and get active whether that is going for a run or heading to the beach. I also love to sit down with a good book with a cup of tea.
