My Therapy Style

My approach is calm, collaborative, genuine, nurturing, and real. I believe that for therapy to be effective you have to feel safe and connected with your therapist. Stand up For Kids is an organization that assists at-risk and homeless children. I support the organization's message, which is to assist at-risk and homeless youth by assisting them with transitioning from crisis to connection.

How do you recharge?

I like to recharge by watching television and movies at home with my family.

Do you have any pets?

In 2020 we adopted a dog from the Shelter, Muggzy. He is my pride and joy, I love all of his little actions and behaviors. He has slowly made his way to sleeping in bed with us, and he likes to snuggle up right in the middle of me and my husband.
