Supporting, encouraging, and comforting others has been an integral part of my journey, leading me on a path to a rich and rewarding career as a clinical social worker. I am passionate about supporting individuals to reach their behavioral health, relational and spiritual goals! I have a special interest in working with women who are seeking support for depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and grief (relationships, miscarriage, death of a loved one), low self-esteem, parenting, establishing healthy boundaries, spiritual issues, and relationships.
My approach is strengths-based, holistic, and collaborative. While we may explore your past experiences, we won't stay there. Our focus will be on your present and future. Our work together will include problem-solving, strategic planning, developing healthy coping skills, and replacing unhelpful thinking patterns.

I chose this field because it aligns with my strengths and passion to bring compassion, hope, and support to individuals as they navigate challenges.
I enjoy cooking, traveling, writing, and spending time with family and friends.
I try to keep my mind fixed on what I am grateful for everyday—it shapes my perspective and attitude.
I recharge in solitude by praying, meditating, spending time in nature and limiting devices. I recharge in community by spending time with people who refresh me and every so often, getting a pedicure with them!
