Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I have over 10+ years of experience providing therapy services to adults who have found their life impacted by symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety and grief. I make it a priority to learn about the unique aspects of my client's life experiences and personal strengths and utilize this as a foundation towards positive change. My desire is to work in partnership with my client to develop realistic and attainable goals aimed at improving their relationship with themselves and the people around them.

I am passionate about understanding people and why we do what we do. I find it a privilege to create a safe place for another person to share their experiences and find healing.
My interests outside of work include reading, hiking, spending time with family, doing puzzles, cooking/baking, painting, taking walks, visiting the beach, swimming, and gardening.
I take 5 minutes to step away, go outside, breath fresh air and feel the sun to maintain my well-being.
I take a walk or spend time in my yard gardening.
