I believe in adapting methods depending on the needs of the client. My goal is to learn what works best for you, not just stick to one particular methodology. I strongly believe that the therapist-client relationship is the number one reason for success in a therapeutic relationship so it is important that you feel we are the right fit. I tend to have more of a conversational, laid-back style and believe a sense of humor and some foul language in sessions can be incredibly therapeutic!

I am a big animal lover with one dog and three cats- at least one often makes an appearance during sessions. I also volunteer at a farm animal sanctuary. I have a 19-year-old daughter I am very close with, and we love to explore all that our new city of Los Angeles has to offer!
I have become more focused on the importance of exercise and healthy eating for my mental health. It's not always easy, but it plays a huge role in keeping my physical, mental, and emotional bodies healthy. In addition, I meditate almost every day, which allows me to stay connected with myself.
