My approach is collaborative as well as directive at times. I very much like to meet people where they are at and we work together to identify their goals, the purpose of coming to therapy, work on solutions and growth to move forward. I have been in the field for over 23 years. I care and respect those I treat. I find this to be a humbling and rewarding career. I always look forward to meeting people and discussing if we are a good fit to work together.

I love nature. I like to kayak, Paddle board, hike, swim, garden, if it has to do with outdoors, I’m in. I also dabble in painting, drawing, creating, and I enjoy playing guitar and singing. I enjoy socializing with friends and getting away on occasion. I enjoy cooking and trying new foods!
I take some time for myself. That may be reading something, doing yoga, active exercise, sitting quiet, etc. I enjoy alone time. Some days that is very brief, others longer.
The Four Agreements. I often recommend this little book of wisdom. I found it so insightful to us as human beings and it really changed my perspective in such a permanent way
I recharge by taking a little time off and getting away. It may be a weekend or longer but away from all my routines and work life recharges me. I am an introvert at heart and need this energy boost every so often.
