Navigating your daily life may be hard and you may feel like you do not have the skills to cope in your daily life. I believe coming to therapy should offer relief from your overwhelming feelings or behaviors, by enhancing your natural abilities to manage these things and by teaching effective coping strategies. I utilize a collective approach focusing on your situation and what you need. I believe in a therapeutic environment that involves warmth, non-judgmental care, and openness to growth and change no matter what approach or counseling theory I am applying.

I love spending time with my family, traveling, and reading.
