Coming to therapy can be a vulnerable experience, which is why I aim to provide a safe, supportive, empathetic and nonjudgmental environment. My professional background and experience applying Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) has given me a passion to work with individuals with severe mental illness and personality disorders. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or trauma, I will help you recognize your strengths in order to overcome your obstacles. Together we can work towards improving relationships, regulating emotions, and learning healthy ways to manage distress.
