I provide services based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-focused approaches. I have years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I've worked in inpatient behavioral health, mobile psychiatric assessment, and HIV case management capacities. I've also worked with service members and their families around issues related to military life, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. Typical concerns I address through counseling include anxiety, depression, work/school stressors, and relationship stressors. Helping my clients achieve balance in life and feel supported is my main goal.
