Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational interviewing (MI), Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I value mental health and believe in the importance of getting the necessary care to manage life stressors. In my practice, I utilize a strength-based approach, focused on the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to build resilience and empower the BIPOC community. My practice focuses on treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life transition, and trauma.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends and creating new memories. I am passionate about traveling and learning about different cultures and trying different foods.
I exercise daily and that helps improve my emotional well-being, I feel happy and inspire when I get to be outdoors exercising.
I recharge by using my support system to reflect on my day.
