As a therapist, I utilize many modalities such as Solution-focused to address problem-solving, Psychodynamic to resolve unconscious conflicts in trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to clarify irrational thinking, and Mindfulness to manage anxiety and depression. I also embody cultural diversity and empathize with the culturally diverse, as well as immigrants. I have experience in addiction medicine to treat addiction and recovery.
