My clients are caring, well-intentioned, and often overextended individuals dealing with a wide variety of responsibilities (career, education, relationships, health, friendship, family, financial stress, etc.) I help my clients establish healthy coping strategies for their stress and anxieties to restore their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. My office is a safe space to be human. It's truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they work through their challenges and embrace the aspects of life that are most important to them.

I have always enjoyed helping others and was inspired to enter the counseling field after a serendipitous undergraduate internship that opened my eyes to the powers of healing in mental healthcare. I believe that challenges are a universal experience and that everyone has the internal capacity to transcend their struggles. Our problems don't define us and everyone is worthy of healing and peace. At times, we all need support getting there.
I love nature and anything creative!
I always set aside a few minutes to plan out my day ahead and throughout the day, I intentionally practice physical relaxation (drop my shoulders, take a deep breathe, release my jaw, etc.)

I recharge through connection with my favorite people (loved ones and friends!) Also with fresh air and sunshine.
I have a golden retriever named Ellie. She never fails to make the people she meets smile, especially because her ears do this really cute thing where they bend back and make her look like Yoda.
