My Therapy Style

My goal is to bring compassion, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard to the therapeutic space. The most important element of counseling for me is to establish a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients. I have a client-centered, strength-focused, and results-oriented approach to providing counseling. I implement eclectic therapeutic methods utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.

Get to Know Me

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with family, baking, nature walks, and watching home improvement shows.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

The American Red Cross and UNICEF are my favorite organizations due to all the emergency support that they provide to children and families. As an immigrant from Ukraine, I believe these organizations are helping so many who have been traumatized by the current war in Ukraine.

How do you recharge?

I love to play and laugh with my toddler son. His positive energy is contagious!
