I'm so glad to meet you, and looking forward to getting to know more about you! My therapeutic approach comes from a place of safety and wellness. I empower those I work with in developing their own goals in their wellness journey while I scaffold and guide them in strategies that would be helpful in meeting their personalized plan. I appreciate the first steps you're taking in prioritizing your mental health and look forward to learning more about how therapy can best help support you.
I have extensive experience working with children, families, and currently, adults reintegrating back into community life after graduating from the County level of care. Personally speaking, I enjoy self-care strategies of spending time with my family and surrounding myself with my dogs and cats. I also enjoy cooking, traveling to beautiful beaches, and going on local hikes.

I enjoy spending time with my family (that includes my furry family members, cats, and dogs), traveling (particularly to beautiful beaches), going on local hikes, and enjoying the beauty of California!
I need to include daily exercise and morning stretching as a mindfulness practice I find extremely important to my physical and mental wellness.
I recharge by taking time to hone in on what my body needs, whether that be taking some time off to sleep, committing to more physical exercise, or spending time with loved ones (family and friends).
