With over 13 years of clinical experience as a therapist, adjunct professor, and supervisor in my field, I want to help clients better understand the often overwhelming experience of facing mental illness, stress, and unexpected changes that affect their sleep, anxiety levels, and mood. I help my clients to better understand and navigate their unique circumstances by offering a comfortable, safe, and empathic environment to explore strategies that allow them to regain confidence in their abilities to manage life’s challenges.
I look forward to hearing from you.
