Therapy Style

I enjoy using different evidence-based models. However, I am aware of the importance of tailoring my treatment modalities to meet the specific needs of each individual. Together we will focus on breaking unhelpful patterns that hinder growth and quality of life. In unity, I will teach you how to cope, regulate and develop healthier ways to manage problems and add more meaning to your life.

What are your interests outside of work?

I like to schedule a few strength training sessions throughout the week. On my weekends, I enjoy cooking, brewing, and hanging out with my family and friends.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I enjoy waking up and breathing the morning’s fresh air, as it helps me ground. I give thanks every morning for waking up and seeing another day.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Scouts BSA – I was a scout growing up. The organization is dedicated to helping youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that have a lifetime influence.

How do you recharge?

Cooking has become one of my passions. I love to immerse myself in the kitchen, either following a recipe or making my own creations. Cooking provides me with comfort, peace, and the opportunity to make new memories.

Do you have any pets?

At home, we have a 14-year-old female Chihuahua mix. I am looking forward to celebrating her quinceañera, (a celebration of a girl’s 15th birthday) and dancing a waltz together.
