I have been practicing and working in the mental health field for just over 10 years. I am currently a doctoral candidate for the social work program at USC. I have experience in treating mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting, crises, emotional and behavioral problems, and everyday life stressors. Everyone goes through ups and downs in life and I believe the most darkest and difficult times can be lifted up. "Everything you go through will grow you." -Robert Tew

I have always had the passion to help, empower, and encourage individuals to grow and reach their full potential.
Drinking coffee and spending time with my family.
Working out and drinking Starbucks.
I love books focused on self-care.
NAMI — it supports and advocates for individuals living with mental illness.
I recharge by listening to music and watching a good comedy.
