Since a young age, I've been interested in helping alleviate human suffering, most specifically suffering of the mind and and intrigued how thoughts and emotions worked.
Outside of work, my interests are reading, exercising, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Practices that I perform daily first thing in the morning that supports mental health are 20 minutes of meditation, 20 minutes of reading and 20 minutes of exercise.
A book that I’ve learned more than once is a Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl because it grounds me to what’s really important in life.
My favorite organizational non profit is Ronald McDonald House because it provides free of charge housing for family members of a child hospitalized.
I recharge by traveling, rest, gentle exercise and spending time with loved ones.
I have two cats, mother and daughter.
