Why did you become a mental health professional?

Mental health services helped save my life; it gives me a sense of purpose and does not feel like work.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

After work, I spend an hour stretching and listening to music; no talking and no scrolling.

Do you have any pets?

I rescued an elderly Chihuahua in early 2021. Initially when I spotted her, I thought she was limping. Upon further inspection it turns out she's got a slight case of OCD and is compelled to skip over every line in the sidewalk, specifically with her right hind leg :)
