I am a straightforward and honest individual who challenges clients to make changes and set goals to better themselves. My approach focuses on exploring a client's experience, helping them identify problematic behavior, then work towards a solution. I utilize tools such as in-session exercises, take-home activities, and process time to create a holistic plan to improve overall wellbeing. I focus on creating a safe place that fosters openness and confidence.
My ideal client is an adult/couple that has a desire to learn and grow, is not afraid to get into the tough stuff, and appreciates when I am real with them and challenge their thinking in order to support growth and a new perspective. I value it when a client is honest about what is helpful or not, as I believe we are on this journey together.

I come from a challenging family and needed to understand my own abuse. This led to many years of learning and growing to heal and understand. I feel that it has given me a huge passion for others who are struggling and feel stuck.
I love hiking, rock climbing, spending time with my animals, and traveling.
I work hard to eat healthy, workout, and do some sort of self care (painting, knitting, walking).
Netflix, walk, bowling, and spending time with friends and family.
