Jack & Jill of America Foundation/organization developed by African-American mothers to develop and nurture their children and other children to be leaders. Programming focuses on cultural awareness, educational development, health (education and advocacy), civic and social/recreational. Overall advocacy for children's rights.
I recharge in many ways. An example I have Mindful Mondays, go for a walk on the beach, utilize my weekly planner, revisit, reset, and pivot where needed, and take care of personal appointments.
