During stressful times, constant worrying, anxiety, anger, and sadness surface and cause disruption in relationships, sleep, eating habits, and health. I strongly believe in the mind and body connection, and, with help, stress can be an opportunity for emotional growth. I utilize my clinical experience and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to motivate clients and families toward their own emotional growth. I tailor various therapeutic approaches according to what works for my client and what my client needs to meet their goals.
My background is in behavioral interventions. I gravitate to interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as concrete and clear self-regulation interventions, such as 5 Point-Scale and the Anxiety Curve.

I have always been good at listening, wanting to help others, and empathetic towards others. Therapy has helped me personally grow and I realized there is a need for therapists in this world.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children and friends and staying active by hiking, yoga, and going to the gym.
I practice mindfulness techniques on a daily basis to live in the present moment.
The Phantom of the Opera because I love the storyline and how it is written.
American Cancer Society because I support their cause and know a few people who have delt with cancer.
I have two dogs. I have so many favorite pet stories. One of the funniest ones was one of my dogs peed on the floor and I got up running to stop him and I slipped in the pee. I will never forget that one.
