Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing is a courageous step, and I'm honored to guide you through it. I am committed to creating a supportive, safe space where you can navigate life's challenges and uncover your strengths.
I use experiential modalities (e.g. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and person-centered approach) to help clients experience emotional honesty which I describe as an alignment between one’s thoughts, feelings, and actions. I find that when clients achieve this alignment, they are able to approach and address their issues from a place of personal integrity, self-respect, and with an increased capacity for coping.

I enjoy reading and writing outside of work. I am also a movie buff with my favorite genre being mystery.
My days include a significant amount of mental and emotional energy, so I round the day out with a physical activity to energize or decompress depending on my needs. Those physical activities include running, yoga, or meditation for mindfulness and breathwork.
I have read Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl more than once due to it's timeless insights into the human spirit, psychology, and the transformative power of finding meaning in one's life even in the face of extreme adversity.
I recharge by carving out some quiet time for a nice cup of coffee (or tea) and a compelling mystery novel.
