Octave’s goal-focused coaching program is rooted in the four domains of emotional well-being. Through a personalized, data-driven approach, you will work with a coach to co-create a plan that supports improving your emotional well-being and achieving your goals via setting weekly action steps, accountability, and the application of evidenced-based tools.

Coaching is designed to fit seamlessly into your day through 30-minute virtual sessions, offered anywhere, via video chat.

How It Works

Schedule a consultation with a clinician.1

During the consultation, you will talk through your current situation, needs, and values. In the process, you will have thoughtful guidance on a personalized plan, as well as be matched with a coach that best meets your unique needs.2

1-on-1 coaching sessions via video chat, usually 30 minutes.3

Consultations are held in person and are $95. You may be able to get part of this cost reimbursed depending on your insurance. For more information on insurance, please visit our insurance page. In New York, consultations are available via phone call and free of charge.
