Nice to meet you
My therapeutic style is warm, inquisitive, and collaborative, with a little humor mixed in. I draw from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches, weaving in mindfulness, creativity, and natural conversation. Whether we explore through journaling, art, or meaningful dialogue, my goal is to help you connect more deeply with yourself. I’ve had the privilege of working with culturally diverse individuals in both correctional and community settings, which has strengthened my belief that healing looks different for everyone—and that’s exactly how it should be.

Interests
My favorite pastime is reading. I love learning about different cultures and history, and I enjoy anything horror! I also love the water—anything with water is calming to me, and I hope to live right on the water someday. Traveling is another pastime I use to explore different cultures, and I love seeing mountains, oceans, rivers, national parks, and historic sites. Most of all, I adore my two little girls and am obsessed with being a “girl mom.”
