Nice to meet you
My work is centered on helping you feel safer in your body and more in control of what is happening internally. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or stuck in survival mode, as if they are always bracing for something. Together, we notice what sets that off, build coping tools that fit your real life, and gently work through what lies underneath at a steady, manageable pace. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can be honest and feel understood.
