Nice to meet you
I meet clients where they are and strive to create a safe environment that strengthens the therapeutic relationship. I take a holistic and multicultural approach to help clients identify their strengths and build resilience. I support clients in gaining insight into their past, recognizing what may be holding them back, and learning to stay present. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to support each client’s individual goals. Throughout the therapeutic journey, I encourage clients to take an active role in sessions, honoring that they are the experts in their own lives while I provide support and insight in modifying challenging behaviors or intrusive thoughts.
