Brittany CachoLPC

Nice to meet you
I am passionate about providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to individuals. I specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, and more. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches that are based on each individual's needs. When we experience challenges and struggles, it is important to have a community of safe, professional, and natural supports walking alongside us. I would like to be one of those safe supports as we work together to create a beautiful space to get curious, explore, and find healing.
