Nice to meet you
I believe therapy works best when you feel a genuine connection with your therapist, and I prefer to move at a pace that feels right for you. Seeking therapy can be scary, but it’s one of the bravest steps you can take. I strive to offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can be your authentic self and feel comfortable and confident. I’d love to support you on your journey of self-development and healing. I use CBT, person-centered therapy, and couples and family therapy in my work.
