Nice to meet you
I provide counseling for adults experiencing mental health and substance use concerns. I welcome diversity in my practice, am attuned to the needs of immigrant populations, and provide services in both Spanish and English. I use relapse prevention, coping skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused methods. My practice is trauma-informed, and I strive to help clients feel comfortable in the office. My approach is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and respect for each client's unique journey.
