Interests
Outside of work, I’m devoted to living a life rooted in presence, authenticity, and connection. I cherish time spent in authentic relating spaces and in deep, meaningful connection with friends—whether through laughter, play, or shared stillness. Rest is sacred to me, as is joy, and I make space for both through nature, movement, and spacious time off. My spiritual life is an anchor—woven through meditation, ritual, and contemplative practices that keep me connected to something greater. I value living slowly, attuned to beauty, truth, and the simple richness of being alive.
