Nice to meet you
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, OCD, burnout, or the stress of constant life changes. I also work with those struggling with relationship conflict, self-doubt, or the pressures of caring for others. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and direct, grounded in CBT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy. In our sessions, we’ll uncover unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create practical steps toward clarity, balance, and lasting emotional relief.

Interests
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m an unapologetic elder emo who still finds joy in live music, concerts, and festivals. I love spending time at Disney, relaxing at the beach, and unwinding with a good video game or anime series. I’m also an avid reader, especially drawn to fantasy and mystery stories that spark imagination and curiosity. These interests help me stay balanced, connected to joy, and grounded in the same self-care values I encourage my clients to cultivate.
