Nice to meet you
Many adults I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges. I also support neurodivergent adults, including those navigating a later diagnosis. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, I work with you to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build skills to manage emotions and create meaningful change. I also offer parent coaching for caregivers seeking strategies to better support their children while maintaining their own well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can develop practical tools for everyday life.
