Interests
I love animals and have two large dogs and three cats. I enjoy taking them on walks or hikes. I'm a canning nerd! My family always canned when I was a child, and during COVID, I took on the challenge of teaching myself how to can. I absolutely love it! I enjoy being able to prepare meals ahead of time and feel secure knowing where my food comes from. I also enjoy gardening and try to plant vegetables that I know I can preserve through canning.
