Nice to meet you

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique story. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and gently challenged as we work toward meaningful change. Therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership — your insights guide our work while I offer perspective, tools, and support. Whether you’re navigating transitions, feeling stuck, or working through deeper patterns, I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your goals.

Interests

Outside of my clinical work, I find joy and grounding in spending quality time with family, exploring new places through travel, and engaging in meaningful self-care practices that help me stay present and balanced. I’m passionate about giving back through community service and outreach, particularly in areas that support mental health awareness and underserved populations. I also enjoy cooking, nature walks, and finding creative expression through writing and music. Staying spiritually connected is an important part of my life — it guides my values, brings me peace, and helps me remain centered both personally and professionally. These interests keep me connected to myself, my community, and the purpose behind the work I do.
