Nice to meet you
I’m a bilingual Latina licensed therapist and school social worker who supports adults and adolescents through a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and person-centered techniques to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC clients in a safe, collaborative, and empowering space to process experiences, build coping skills, and create lasting change.
