Nice to meet you
I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck, including people pleasers, big worriers, and those who know their problems but aren’t sure how to feel better. Many of my clients have been labeled “too self-aware,” intellectualizers, or overthinkers. This can show up as anxiety, nervousness, withdrawal, or difficulty with friendships and relationships. I help clients understand why we are the way we are, challenge them when appropriate, and use education to fill in the gaps, supporting greater presence and engagement in life.
