Nice to meet you

I support individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and unhelpful patterns that feel hard to break. My approach is honest, warm, and down to earth—blending conversation, curiosity, and practical tools to help you get unstuck and feel more like yourself. I believe healing is personal and requires a thoughtful, tailored strategy that fits your unique needs. Therapy should feel real, supportive, and useful—and you don’t have to do it alone.

Interests

Outside of work, I love moving my body in ways that help me feel grounded and strong—whether through yoga, weightlifting, or snowboarding. I’m drawn to the idea that how we move, create, and show up in the world can shape our self-concept. I also enjoy exploring new neighborhoods, making art, and spending time outdoors. After 10 years in Los Angeles during my graduate training, I’m grateful to once again call the beautiful, green Westchester County home.
