Nice to meet you
Many of the individuals I work with are highly capable and insightful, yet find themselves navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or recurring relational patterns that no longer feel aligned with how they want to live. I specialize in working with adults facing life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional distress, with focused expertise in perinatal and
postpartum mental health, parenting, and child development. I have a particular interest in supporting caregivers experiencing anxiety related to parenting. Together, we work to understand your emotional experiences, identify patterns, and develop more effective ways of responding so you can feel more grounded, clear, and connected."
