Nice to meet you
I understand that choosing to enter psychotherapy can feel like an extremely challenging decision. I strive to meet clients where they are in their therapeutic journey, offering support and understanding throughout the process. As an African American woman, I deeply understand the unique challenges faced by people of color and recognize how race, ethnicity, culture, and socioeconomic status shape daily experiences. In therapy, I encourage open conversations about these issues so clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
