Nice to meet you

I offer a collaborative, down-to-earth space where adults facing trauma, anxiety, burnout, and chronic medical conditions feel safe to unpack what’s holding them back and take meaningful steps toward change. As a Veteran, I bring deep cultural understanding to supporting military members and first responders. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and goal-oriented, shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. I use CBT, ERP, somatic tools, and trauma-informed care to challenge unhelpful patterns and support lasting growth. Clients often share that our work feels safe, validating, and effective.

Interests

Outside of work, I enjoy creative projects, spending time outdoors, and staying active. I love cooking, traveling, and making memories with my spouse, our adult children, and grandkids. Our three dogs keep life lively, and I value time that allows me to recharge, connect, and stay grounded.
