My experience has been with all ages up to 93 years old in home, school, clinical, and hospital settings. I have worked throughout LA County largely in trauma and parenting. My therapy overall is humanistic and I meet the client where they are at. I utilize different modalities of therapy, such as Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational, Somatic, creative art and psychodynamic therapies, and positive psychology.
