Nice to meet you
I have a passion for helping individuals build resilience and balance in their lives and relationships. I use trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to support growth and change. I work with people navigating co-occurring mental health and addiction challenges, many of whom have experienced trauma. My goal is to help clients move forward, develop healthy coping strategies, and create more fulfilling lives. Before private practice, I worked in community mental health and as a mental health and substance abuse therapist for the U.S. Army.
