Therapy with me is a judgment-free space where you can be unapologetically yourself, while also being supported with collaborative accountability. I primarily work with Asian American individuals who have experienced trauma and are navigating belonging in the Western world, as well as couples and families from similar or diverse cultural backgrounds. My goal is to provide that space while helping you build skills to manage and reduce mental health symptoms so you can live your most authentic life. I look forward to meeting you.
