Nice to meet you

Hi, I'm Cindy! Thank you for giving me a look. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of MA, VT, NJ, VA, NC, SC, FL and TX. I am CCATP (certified clinical anxiety treatment professional) and have received training in CBT, CBTI, PET and CPT. Although I have several years of experience working with children, I currently focus my work with adults age 18-99. I am inquisitive and use a down to earth style with a holistic approach. I believe that in order to thrive, we must heal from within by providing our body with proper sleep, nurishment, movement and time in nature.
