Nice to meet you
Let’s slow down together, tune into your body’s wisdom, and listen to what your emotions are trying to tell you. In our work, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, release patterns that keep you stuck, and reconnect with the parts of yourself longing to be seen. My style is calm, intuitive, and deeply compassionate. I draw on somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, including the Hakomi Method of Mindful Somatic Therapy, to help you move through challenges gently yet powerfully. This is a space for authentic healing—where you feel supported, grounded, and free to be your whole self.

Interests
I'm a storyteller, podcaster, and teacher of practical shamanism, influenced by a decade of apprenticeship in Andean mysticism. I love attending theater, dance performances, art galleries, and opera in the city one weekend, then hiking in the woods or visiting the beach the next.
