I specialize in trauma and its many effects, including emotional reactivity, relationship challenges, shame, people-pleasing, and disconnection, while also supporting clients through many of life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping clients move out of survival mode and into lives that feel more grounded and fulfilling. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with somatic, neuroscience-informed, and compassion-focused approaches to tailor treatment to you.
