Nice to meet you
Navigating life’s challenges can be difficult, and it’s common to feel stuck at times. I take a solution-focused and systemic approach to counseling, collaborating with my clients to set meaningful and achievable goals that foster progress throughout their journey. I work with individuals aged 18 and older, with a special focus on those facing relationship issues, family-of-origin trauma, life and career transitions, depression, anxiety, and grief. As a working-Mother myself, I have particularly empathized with many high-functioning women who struggle with issues of "Mom-guilt," overthinking, caregiving, and perfectionism.
