Nice to meet you
My therapeutic approach is behavioral, trauma-informed, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I work with individuals to understand that behaviors—emotional, relational, or coping-based—develop as adaptive responses to life experiences, including trauma, stress, and attachment wounds. I use DBT, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness practices to help clients build insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable change, balancing validation with accountability.

Interests
Outside of my work as a therapist and business owner, I deeply value time with my husband and children, which keeps me grounded and connected. I enjoy traveling to different countries, immersing myself in new cultures, and finding meaning through reading, cooking, and staying spiritually grounded. These experiences nourish my personal well-being and inform the compassion and presence I bring to my work.
